Ohio Aluminum's green sand foundry uses a Cope and Drag line and 2 Squeezer lines to produce castings for aerospace, automotive, commercial, defense/military and trucking industries. Castings produced in our green sand process include airplane wheels, adapters, actuation housings, air ducts, blender bases, cylinder heads, control arms, environmental control housings, fuel control and pump housings, intake manifolds and valve covers.  Green Sand Aluminum alloys include: 206, A206, 319, 355, C355, 356, A356, 357, A357 and RR350.
