Dodge Viper    Ohio Aluminum Foundry is a seasoned supplier of low volume, medium volume and high volume aluminum castings for the automotive industry.  Some types of aluminum automotive castings produced by our foundry include A206 control arms, chaincase covers, front covers, suspension parts, cylinder heads, differential housings, engine blocks water pumps, oil pump housings, and intake manifolds.  We also enjoy working with customers to produce prototype castings and service parts.

Ohio Aluminum foundry uses permanent mold casting and semi-permanent mold casting processes  to achieve high strength requirements and to cast complex cored geometries.

  • Alloys poured in our permold department include 319, 356, A356, 355, C355, 357 and A357. 
  • Parts  include, air ducts, blender bases, brackets, chaincase covers, cylinder heads, differential housings, fuel control housings, head covers, intake manifolds, knuckles, oil adapters, oil pans, oil pump housings, water pumps, etc.
