Ohio Aluminum foundry uses permanent mold casting and semi-permanent mold casting processes  to achieve high strength requirements and to cast complex cored geometries. Alloys poured in our permold department include 319, 356, A356, 355, C355, 357 and A357.  Parts  include, air ducts, blender bases, brackets, chaincase covers, cylinder heads, differential housings, fuel control housings, head covers, intake manifolds, knuckles, oil adapters, oil pans, oil pump housings, water pumps, etc.

Commercial/Trucking

Ohio Aluminum foundry is an experienced producer of aluminum castings for trucking and commercial applications.  We are always eager to expand sales in these areas.  Aluminum truck parts that we make include fuel control housings, intake manifolds, valve covers and gear covers.  Commercial aluminum castings include blender bases, medical parts, wheel chair parts and more.  We also enjoy making prototype aluminum castings and aluminum service castings.

Dry Sand casting is the best method for making intricately cored aluminum castings and high strength aluminum castings for aerospace and defense/military applications.  Castings produced in our dry sand foundry include grade C castings, grade B castings, actuator housings, environmental control housings, fuel controls, prototype castings, pump bodies, gear boxes, auxiliary power units, engine blocks, etc.  Our dry sand aluminum alloys include:  355, C355, 356, A356, 357, A357 and RR350.
